I think the “Bitchlock” nickname that you came up with is prophetic! It would explain 18 year old Tirin’s “no magic” rule. I wonder what a magic “chastity” belt looks like…
Being imprisoned in her own mind, she has all the tools she needs to unimprison herself.
Purging Salock–that might be difficult, and a life-time struggle. Maybe she can get a portrait into an attic of her mind.

If Salock is mentioning “future self” it seems that she has access to all of Tirin’s memories, including what she learned because of the time loop. But can she read Tirin’s mind? It seems to me that accessing memories and reading ongoing thoughts might be different things.
“I knew I made the right choice with you.” I wonder if Salock has transferred bodies before (i.e., the Salock body isn’t her original), how many times, and what effect doing so would have on her psyche and mental balance? For a comparison (a not really parallel example but it’s the best I can come up with at the moment), Estrucheon (sp?) was extremely long lived and set up convoluted challenges just to relieve the boredom of his existence.

Indeed. Her monologue about people’s fears would suggest that she has perhaps inhabited other’s minds/bodies before. Will reveal more about this in the future…
